What does a typical day in your role at AISUS look like, and how does your work contribute to AISUS’ growth & innovation?

A typical day in my role at Aisus is all about working closely with both the team and our clients to keep things moving in the right direction. I spend a lot of time supporting and developing our people, encouraging autonomy and ownership so everyone can deliver at pace, while also helping drive innovation and ensure new inspection solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with real client needs. Alongside this, I focus on setting the strategic direction of the business, building strong relationships, and identifying new opportunities, which helps Aisus grow, strengthen its technical capabilities, and continue bringing new ideas to market.

What’s been the most rewarding/favourite project you’ve worked on so far?

Seeing the business grow and develop over the years has been the most rewarding part for me. Watching our people step up, take real initiative, and treat the business as their own is incredibly motivating. The drive, passion, and commitment across the team make me extremely proud to have played a part in building Aisus into what it is today.

If you could swap roles with anyone in the company for a day, who would it be and why?

I’d probably struggle to choose between swapping roles with one of our Regional Managers or one of our Offshore Engineers! The Regional Managers sit right on the frontline between clients and delivery and play a huge role in driving growth in their markets, so spending a day in their shoes would give me great insight into local challenges and ever-changing market dynamics. On the other hand, jumping offshore for a day would be a good excuse to get some fresh air and dust off the overalls, see our technology in action at the sharp end, and experience first-hand the challenges our engineers face. It would give me a fresh perspective and even more appreciation for the brilliant work our team does every day.
