Training and Compliance Lead
What does a typical day in your role at AISUS look like, and how does your work contribute to AISUS’ growth & innovation?
I am very lucky to have such a wide and varied role, but most days will involve some Learning & Development and QHSE tasks such as managing training, creating learning materials, carrying out Risk Assessments and reviewing documentation. Ultimately, continuous improvement is a key theme for my work, whether this is of our people, our performance, or our processes.
What’s been the most rewarding/favourite project you’ve worked on so far?
One of the first projects I managed was to move our HR System from being a manually based one with a big reliance on spreadsheets to an electronic one. This was an important project for the company as part of our growth, and it helps to make HR related tasks a lot easier for our people.
If you could swap roles with anyone in the company for a day, who would it be and why?
Research & Development Lead – I’ve never been great with building things and trying out different ideas, so I think it would be rewarding to see ideas transition into concepts, and then hopefully the finished product/service.
