Leading this critical element of the company since February 2023 is industry-accredited trainer and competence specialist, Greig Douglas. As Training & Compliance Lead, his role demands a combination of technical and operational knowledge, together with outstanding interpersonal skills. Bringing over a decade of offshore learning & development experience to the AISUS team, he’s already applying his expertise to the creation, development and implementation of procedures, processes and training & competence materials. This is a critical part of any business operating in the offshore environment, but we asked Greig to sum it up in his own words…
