What does a typical day in your role at AISUS look like, and how does your work contribute to AISUS’ growth & innovation?
As a Business Development professional, no two days are the same, which is exactly what I love about the role. I usually start by checking emails and planning my day, then it’s a mix of client meetings, Teams calls with international contacts, or sending out quotes. The variety keeps things dynamic and engaging.
What’s been the most rewarding/favourite project you’ve worked on so far?
I enjoyed my first larger project at AISUS which was with an onshore client. This was a custom solution project, where we modified our existing crawler and laser scanner to inspect an important service tunnel that was due to get filled later that year. This was a different project which helped me gain an understanding of what our team can do in regards to custom requests
If you could swap roles with anyone in the company for a day, who would it be and why?
I would probably choose our Finance Manager, Rob’s role. My father is a chartered accountant by trade and he always used to teach me the basics of accounting when I was younger and I enjoyed the subject in school.
