ROLE:
To lead an on/offshore team to complete specific client work scopes, both onshore and offshore, from equipment mobilisation to issue of inspection reports. When the business requires it, will be required to travel overseas for onshore and offshore projects. To explore and improve AISUS Offshore technology and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan the job from initial order to delivery of the end product.
Going offshore to complete inspection work scopes.
Assist in the production of detailed and concise work packs / risk assessments as part of the technical delivery solution.
Ensuring work scope and site-based activities are completed with the safety and welfare of all personnel as the top priority.
Ensure that the client is satisfied with the offshore delivery.
Ensure that inspection and lifting equipment is maintained and registered to fall within offshore regulations and standards.
To attend client meetings and pre/post job briefs.
To complete specific training or inductions required to mobilise offshore.
Adhere to the QHSE system and revising where necessary.
Supervise and train field engineers in all operational requirements.
Supervise and mentor direct reports to a level of competency required by the company.
Ensure good housekeeping and that work areas are left clean and tidy at all times.
Ensure that all operational equipment (including third party hire) is maintained and that it is kept in a fit for purpose condition and ensure maximum possible availability.
Produce clear, accurate and concise technical reports that are proofread and signed off prior to issue.
Assist in technology demonstrations/presentations.
Maintain a training and competency log and continually strengthen personal development.
Responsible for participating in the development of a positive culture and working environment that motivates fellow staff to produce the highest possible standard of quality and professionalism throughout the business.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
Essential:
- Engineering qualification or at least 3 years relevant industry experience
- OPITO BOSIET / FOET, MIST & Norwegian Escape Chute
- OGUK Medical
- PCN UT Level 2 – Plate Tester
- OPITO Rigger Competence Assessment
- Jetting Awareness
- 200+ days offshore experience in remote visual and/or ultrasonic inspection or similar
- Valid Passport
- PCN UT Level 2 – Plate & Pipe (desirable)
- Offshore Visual Inspector (desirable)
- Inspectionware programming expertise (desirable)
- Supervisor / Management experience (desirable)

JETTING ENGINEER
ROLE:
To be responsible for the running and maintenance of all jetting equipment and operations, both onshore and offshore, in accordance with mechanical safe working practices. When the business requires it, will be required to go offshore and travel overseas. To explore and improve AISUS Offshore technology and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Going offshore to complete water jetting work scopes. Assist in the production of detailed and concise work packs / risk assessments as part of the technical delivery solution. Ensuring work scope and site-based activities are completed with safety and welfare of all personnel as top priority. Ensure that the client is satisfied with the offshore delivery.
To carry out all daily checks and maintenance required for running all jetting equipment associated within the work scope.
Carry out diesel fuelling on diesel driven equipment in conjunction with COSHH regulations.
Carry out regular plant and equipment visual safety inspections to ensure there are no faults or defects.
To be proactive in and fully assist as part of a team in all aspects of specialist cleaning workscopes, NDT and Visual Inspection, ensuring that all work is carried out safely, including: Specialist cleaning activities; routing and hose management; setup and removal of all equipment; and assisting in Inspection activities.
Ensure all required isolations are in place before conducting any maintenance activities.
Maintain and register jetting, inspection and lifting equipment to fall within offshore regulations and standards.
Take ownership of all Jetting activities, including: All Jetting equipment maintenance, and all jetting spares and stock.

ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced Tendering Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The commercial role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tender process for oil and gas service contracts across the Middle East region. The successful candidate will work closely with business development and operations teams to produce compelling, compliant, and competitive bid submissions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the full tender lifecycle from ITT receipt through to submission and post-bid clarifications.
- Coordinate inputs from technical, commercial, legal, and HSE teams to compile bid documentation.
- Maintain and develop relationships with key clients including NOCs and IOCs across the UAE and wider GCC.
- Track tender portals, bid calendars, and opportunity pipelines.
- Ensure all submissions meet client requirements, deadlines, and internal governance standards.
- Support contract review and negotiation processes alongside commercial management.
- Maintain a library of standard tender content, CVs, and project references.
- Liaise with inspection and technical teams to ensure accurate scope and cost inputs where applicable.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 5 years in a tendering, proposals, or commercial role.
- Solid background in the oil and gas industry.
- Experience managing bid submissions.
- Strong understanding of UAE and GCC procurement processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:
- Background in inspection services (NDT, pipeline, mechanical, or asset integrity).
- Familiarity with ADNOC, ADCO, or GASCO tender portals and procedures.
- Experience working within an ISO-accredited or service company environment.
- Arabic language skills an advantage.

We’re offering an exciting 6-week summer placement for students studying 3D Animation, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
You’ll support our design and engineering teams by producing CAD drawings and high-quality video animations for offshore robotic inspection technologies, gaining experience in an innovative engineering environment.
