Operations Manager
What does a typical day in your role at AISUS look like, and how does your work contribute to AISUS’ growth & innovation?
I liasise with client snad internal project managers to meet work scope reuqquirements. I suppose our technicians through to senior operations, driving innovation and growth throughout the business to better support our clients. I am also heavily involved in the technical inout of proposals and enquirises, using my 12 years’ experieince and knowledge with AISUS to attract new business opportunities.
What’s been the most rewarding/favourite project you’ve worked on so far?
My most rewarding project(s) were as a technician, being the first AISUS employee to successfully carry out work in both Qatar and Austrialia. I feel this was a huge success and have open many opporutnities for AISUS. Specifically in the Middle East, we now have a base which has been highly beneficial to the companies growth and expansion.

If you could swap roles with anyone in the company for a day, who would it be and why?
I would like to be back in the technician pool for a dya to dust off the coveralls and be on the frontline completing work scopes. I remember the satisfaction I gained from completing a job successfully and whilist I still gain satisfaction from completing projects in my current role it does feel more of second hand satisfaction.
