Onshore and Civil Inspection
At AISUS we have inspection solutions that go beyond oil and gas, with technology readily available for cross industry application. Our expert team have engineered solutions that enables data collection from never-before-seen areas. As the world moves towards more sustainable energy sources and prioritises environmental consciousness, the versatility of our inspection technologies have become vital across all energy sectors.
Assets are aging, new energy sectors are expanding, and inspections are more important than ever, to maintain and ensure both safety and efficiency.
Case Studies: Our engineers have designed and deployed innovative inspection solutions across the globe with case studies ranging from tunnel inspections to refinery fluid catalytic cracking units. AISUS has seen significant expansion into the onshore industry with an extensive proven record of successful deployments, showcasing the versatility of our tools.
Wind Farm Cable Duct:
AISUS inspected the full length of a 94m windfarm cable duct. Previously failed to be inspected by other operators the client needed specialised inspection equipment to gather urgent and actionable data – finding the extent of the blockage and getting the duct back into working order. → Read Case Study.

Refinery Fluid Catalytic Cracking Unit:
AISUS developed a custom solution to safely access cyclone confined entry points. Integrating our centraliser tool with robotics and stereoscopic camera enabled data collection from the full length. High resolution images were generated into 3D photogrammetry models, enabling the client to make informed decisions and helping future maintenance planning. → Read Case Study

360° Camera Tunnel Inspection:
AISUS inspected a large tunnel under a river for the third time to collect additional data for predictive maintenance and safety assessments. The first inspection involved remote visual inspection and laser scanning, while the most recent inspection required enhanced data collection using AISUS’ 360-degree camera along the full 500m tunnel length. → Read Case Study

Drilling Riser Inspection:
AISUS delivered a successful inspection of drilling riser string without removing the bouyance modules. Our custom riser tool paired with our high-pressure jetting system enabled a streamlined inspection delivering accurate UT data at band intervals.

Data Management
Our services go beyond capabilities to collect data from both onshore and offshore environments. We take data and turn it into actionable insights through our data management platform, utilising AI for predictive corrosion enabling cost effective and time efficient maintenance planning decisions.
Our state-of-the-art remote robotic systems are designed to perform detailed inspections in inaccessible areas. By deploying AISUS’ remote technology, you can gain critical insights into the condition of any asset, ensuring they remain safe, operational, and cost-effective throughout their lifecycle.
AISUS delivers more than just data. Its platform provides predictive modelling, anomaly detection, and historical insights in a single, integrated system.
“This allows clients to make informed decisions, taking the assumptions out of the process,” Barry Marshall, General Manager says, adding that by presenting a full picture of asset health, AISUS ensures operators can plan and execute maintenance with confidence, rather than relying on spot inspections or guesswork”. According to Marshall, once clients adopt AISUS’ methodology, it quickly becomes “the new way of inspection.”
